Your new role
As Superintendent/QC/SSHO, you will oversee all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout. You will be responsible for driving project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, maintaining quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within contract requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage field operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial or federal construction projects
• 2+ years experience with QC/Safety
• QCM certification is preferred
• EM-385 is preferred
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and managing day-to-day field operations
• Strong understanding of construction safety procedures, quality control, and project documentation
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Federal construction experience and familiarity with government project requirements preferred
