Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer intensive care to critically ill patients following established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately in the electronic health record system.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vitals and adjust treatments as necessary to maintain stability.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all certification, vaccination, and licensing requirements prior to shift.
  
  
• 
  Complete mandatory orientation and attend scheduled training sessions for strike coverage.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active registered nurse license in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 2 years of ICU experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficient EPIC electronic medical record system skills.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
  
  
• 
  Confirm vaccination status or provide attestation for MMR and Varicella.
  
  
• 
  Be available to work during the strike date and complete onboarding requirements.
