We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Support Consultant to join our team and provide functional support across Oracle HCM Cloud modules. This role will be responsible for supporting business users, resolving production issues, managing incidents and change requests, and ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of HCM processes in a fast-paced AMS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications and business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring compliance with SLA commitments.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem management activities, and change requests.
• Support Core HR, Workforce Structures, Security, Absence Management, Talent Management, Payroll, and related HCM processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze issues, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate and support system enhancements, testing activities, and deployments.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, and technical integration teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and support. Solid knowledge of Core HR, Workforce Structures, Security, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Payroll.
• Experience supporting LATAM HCM requirements, particularly Brazil (eSocial, labor legislation, payroll, and benefits).
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM modules including HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Recruiting.
• Experience working in an AMS/support model environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with incident management, problem management, and change requests.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country Oracle HCM environments.
