Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Seeking a hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant for a contract position that is 100% remote, focusing on designing and developing custom VBCS pages, Oracle APEX applications, and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud while collaborating with HRIS and Payroll stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support custom Oracle VBCS pages and applications integrated with Oracle HCM Cloud using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and integrations while supporting Oracle HCM Payroll processes and related functionalities Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to document requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Required Qualifications 8+ years of Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP technical consulting experience Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle VBCS and Oracle APEX Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle HCM integrations Solid functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll and related processes Ability to work directly with Payroll users and HRIS stakeholders
