Seeking a candidate who enjoys providing creative solutions for our partners, embraces technology and is constantly thinking of a better way to do things. The ideal applicant works well in a team-oriented environment, is able to manage their time appropriately to ensure all deadlines and expectations are met, can work efficiently through tasks, can effectively build and maintain relationships by utilizing a strong set of soft skills and is comfortable analyzing and discussing basic insurance data in order to drive their external partners towards production and profitability goals. In this role, an Associate Underwriter is expected to handle daily referrals, manage external partners towards production and profitability goals, manage projects from planning to completion and support the Underwriters with various team work flows. The posted salary range reflects the lowest and highest base salary applicable to this role across our U.S. locations. Individual offers are determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and other job-related factors. As a result, the salary offered for a specific location will fall within a narrower range than the overall range displayed in this posting. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's annual incentive plan.
