The Role: A Strategic "Farmer" We are not looking for a traditional "hunter." Due to our long-standing market reputation and dominance, the vast majority of our leads convert into sales. We are seeking a Farmer —a relationship-oriented professional who excels at building deep trust with plant managers, maintenance departments, and engineers. Your objective is not cold-calling; it is to serve as the trusted technical advisor our clients rely on for their most demanding equipment needs.
