Sr. HR SpecialistLocation: Irvine, CA, United States Location Type: On-site Salary Range: 75000 - 95000 USD AnnuallyAs a Sr. HR Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting various functions of the Human Resources department including (but not limited to) talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, employee leave, training and administration of company policies. The ideal candidate is hands-on, systems-savvy, culturally agile, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment. This role is hybrid, based in Irvine CA.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate recruiting efforts, including coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experienceSupport offer process including compensation discussions, approvals, and onboarding of candidates.Partner with payroll and benefits providers to support accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee issue resolutionProcess and track HR requests including employee status changes, org changes, compensation updates, and approvalsSupport compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulationsSupport HR reporting, metrics, and data analysis for leadership as requestedPromote positive employee relations and assist in offboarding processIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across HR workflowsRequired Qualifications4+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Recruiting or equivalent rolesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldStrong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and HR operations workflowsHands-on experience supporting benefits, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and recruitingSolid understanding of employment laws and HR complianceStrong organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with a strong service-oriented mindsetAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismHanwha Q CELLS America Inc.
