Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

The Louisville, Kentucky office of FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate. Qualifications 3–7 years of employment litigation experience Experience providing advice and counsel to in‑house legal counsel and HR professionals on a broad range of employment matters, including FMLA and ADA Experience with wage / hour compliance and defense, and non‑compete, confidentiality and non‑solicitation agreements Traditional Labor experience is preferred OSHA experience is preferred Experience representing employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies Superior academic credentials, and excellent research and writing skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Compensation The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job‑related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
