Apartment Maintenance Details:
- Temporary position
- $17.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Clean and prepare vacated apartments for new tenants.
- Preform minor repairs, including basic carpentry, painting, and patchwork.
- Remove trash, debris, and unwanted materials from units and common areas.
- Assist with apartment make-ready projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Apartment Maintenance Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, general labor, property maintenance, or apartment turnover required.
- Ability to perform basic apartment repairs (drywall, flooring, tile, etc...).
- Experience with cleaning and preparing vacant apartments.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., carry, and move materials.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
