Patient ratio of 2:1 across all shifts. Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including respiratory failure (ARDS, ECMO), post-code care, sepsis, GI bleeds, post-operative management, liver transplant, vascular surgery, and trauma. Daily census of 23 patients in a 24-bed unit. Additional Information: Floating to other units may be required as needed.
