City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial service accounts. This is a highly visible, client-facing role responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence, retaining existing business, and identifying opportunities to grow each account. What You’ll Do: Own Your Book of Business Manage a portfolio of commercial client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, priorities, and expectations. Take ownership of client satisfaction, retention, and overall account performance. Conduct regular client check-ins and site visits to ensure expectations are being met. Drive Client Retention & Growth Proactively identify opportunities for additional services and solutions within existing accounts. Present and sell add-on services that address client needs and create additional revenue. Lead Service Execution Address service failures quickly and work with the appropriate teams to implement corrective action. Monitor staffing, scheduling, supplies, and other resources necessary to maintain quality service. Hold contractors accountable for performance and follow through on commitments. Solve Problems & Build Trust Respond promptly and professionally to client concerns, taking ownership from initial complaint through resolution. Investigate issues, determine appropriate solutions, and communicate outcomes effectively. Anticipate potential problems before they impact the client. Maintain accurate account information, service activity, notes, and follow-up in our CRM and operational systems. Requirements: You’ll Succeed Here If You: Have 3+ years of experience in account management, operations, customer success, sales, facility services, building services, or a related field. Have a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Are comfortable having sales conversations and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Are highly organized and able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines. Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Are comfortable holding others accountable for performance and following through when expectations are not met. Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other technology to manage accounts and track activity. Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations throughout the assigned territory.
