Mitigation Manager

Mitigation ManagerPaul Davis Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Manager to lead and oversee all mitigation and contents operations in our South Mississippi office. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed with a high level of accuracy, quality, and consistency, while maintaining compliance with IICRC standards, OSHA requirements, and company processes. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and technically strong—someone who takes pride in organized operations, accurate documentation, and delivering high-quality results.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations for water, fire, mold, and contents restoration projectsManage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for mitigation and contents teamsReview job scopes, estimates, and documentation for accuracy and completenessEnsure all work meets IICRC standards and company protocolsLead and develop team members with a focus on technical training and process consistencyOversee contents pack-out, inventory tracking, cleaning, storage, and returnMaintain accurate job files, including photos, moisture readings, and documentationMonitor equipment usage, inventory control, and maintenanceServe as a point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and professional communicationCollaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and Office staff for smooth project flowEnsure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policiesSupport job costing, billing accuracy, and profitability through proper documentationQualifications3–5+ years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or constructionIICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) preferredExperience supervising or managing field teamsStrong knowledge of restoration processes, documentation, and compliance standardsProficient in restoration software (RMS, MICA, or similar)Highly organized with strong attention to detailStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordPreferred Experience / KeywordsWater Damage RestorationFire & Smoke RestorationMold RemediationContents Pack-Out & Inventory ManagementJob Costing & Estimating SupportQuality Control & ComplianceOSHA & Safety ManagementWork EnvironmentCombination of field and office-based workFast-paced environment managing multiple projectsOccasional after-hours or emergency response as needed - may include nights, weekends, and overtimeCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Growth opportunities within a stable, growing companyTeam-oriented, professional environmentAbout Paul Davis RestorationPaul Davis Restoration is a leader in property damage restoration and reconstruction, helping homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and storm damage.
