School-Based | Abington, PA | Full-Time

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support to a 9th-grade learner in a school-based setting in the Abington, Pennsylvania area.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working with students and collaborating with a school-based team to support meaningful progress.

Position Highlights

• Collaborate with educators, clinical professionals, and the student’s support team
• Implement behavior support strategies and interventions as directed by the supervising clinician
• Collect and document data related to student progress
• Help promote positive engagement, independence, and participation throughout the school day

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Candidates who have completed the required 40-hour RBT training but have not yet obtained their certification will also be considered
• Previous experience working with behavioral needs, autism, or challenging behaviors preferred
• Experience with behavioral crisis intervention, restraint procedures, or related training is highly preferred
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Ability to remain calm and professional when supporting students during challenging situations
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school-based team
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
