Clinical Expertise: Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to support residents’ health and comfort. Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise medical records, documenting observations, treatments, and evaluations. Confidentiality: Protect patient privacy in line with HIPAA standards. Requirements: Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey. Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required—we welcome eager, dedicated professionals.
