Remote Scheduling Coordinator

To ensure consistent operational coverage across remote operations, the full-time Remote Scheduling Coordinator will develop, publish, and maintain schedules for internal technologists while coordinating staffing needs and addressing scheduling conflicts remotely. Key responsibilities Creates and maintains monthly schedules for remote technologists using scheduling software Coordinates with leadership and staff to ensure appropriate coverage and resolves scheduling conflicts Monitors daily staffing levels and responds to unexpected changes, ensuring minimal workflow disruptions Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required Three years of related experience strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and clerical skills Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including technologists and management
