Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility and the ability to work comfortably from your own space. However, you will also have the option to engage with clients in our outpatient office setting in Henderson, if desired. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing established diagnostic tools.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs, incorporating short-term and long-term therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions that promote healing and skill-building.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress through follow-up assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to manage acute psychiatric issues effectively.

• Ensure meticulous maintenance of confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and continue to develop clinical skills through ongoing education and supervision.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines established by licensing boards, demonstrating professional behavior in all aspects of service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and adults who are coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, and stress management. You will have the opportunity to implement tailored treatment modalities that resonate with each client's cultural and personal context, thereby ensuring a more effective therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
