Seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to serve two vibrant school communities as full-time Social Workers for a contract position extending through June 10, 2027. These roles offer the opportunity to support students at both the middle and elementary levels in dynamic educational environments, providing vital services that empower young learners and their families.

As a valued contributor to these schools, your expertise will help address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs in a supportive, on-site position. Your engagement and advocacy will play a crucial role in enhancing student well-being and success.

Key Qualifications:

• Must possess an active MSW license in Pennsylvania
• Required to hold a valid PA School Social Worker Educational Specialist certificate
  OR
  Be an LSW or LCSW enrolled in a PDE-approved social worker program
• Prior school-based experience is essential
• Willing and able to obtain/maintain all necessary PA school clearances
• Comfortable providing social work services in an urban school setting
• Confident with clear, professional communication and documentation
• Available for full-time, onsite hours from 8:30AM–4:00PM (37.5 hours per week)
• Ready to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the hiring process

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct counseling and support services to students and families
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and outside agencies
• Conduct assessments, create intervention plans, and help implement support programs
• Maintain compliance with school district policies, state regulations, and ethical standards
• Document progress, maintain records, and communicate results to stakeholders
