Studio Manager Role and Responsibilities As we prepare to open Alpha Fit Club Chalfont, we’re looking for a sales-minded, people-first Studio Manager to help launch the studio and build a strong founding member community. About Alpha Fit Club Alpha Fit Club is a high-energy, community-driven group training studio committed to delivering an unmatched fitness experience. Our mission is to create a space where members feel supported, challenged, and excited to show up. Role Overview The Studio Manager will play a key leadership role in bringing Alpha Fit Club Chalfont to life. Working closely with the studio owner, this person will help execute the pre-opening plan, drive membership growth, support daily operations, build and lead the team, and create the 5-star member experience that will define the studio. This is not just an operations role. We’re looking for someone who is excited to build, sell, lead, connect with the community, and take ownership of the studio’s success. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth Drive membership growth through presale, lead follow-up, referrals, renewals, and retail sales Use CRM tools to manage leads, track member interactions, and support conversion and retention efforts Build relationships with prospective members and convert them into founding members Support strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and retention goals Lead local grassroots marketing efforts, including community events, tabling, pop-ups, and partnership opportunities Manage studio social media content and community engagement to promote classes, events, offers, and member moments Create simple marketing and in-studio materials using Canva as needed Operations & Studio Management Support pre-opening priorities, including launch planning, operational setup, member communication, and studio readiness Oversee daily studio operations, including front desk workflows, scheduling, supplies, inventory, and overall studio organization Maintain a clean, welcoming, high-energy environment that reflects Alpha Fit Club brand standards Monitor key performance metrics, including leads, conversions, attendance, retention, and revenue Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, vendors, and ongoing operational improvements Partner with the studio owner to ensure studio policies, procedures, systems, and standards are executed consistently Team Leadership & Recruiting Hire, train, schedule, and support front desk/sales staff Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality coaches Partner with the Lead Coach and coaching team to align the workout experience, studio operations, and member experience Foster a positive, accountable team culture rooted in energy, hospitality, community, and high standards Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help team members perform at their best Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, enthusiasm, and ownership Member Experience & Retention Create a welcoming, personalized, and high-touch experience for all members and guests Build strong relationships with members and help cultivate the Alpha Fit Club Chalfont community Handle member feedback, questions, concerns, and conflict resolution professionally Support member engagement through events, challenges, milestones, and community-building initiatives Help ensure members feel seen, supported, and motivated to keep showing up Qualifications & Skills Proven leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, sales, customer service, or studio operations Strong sales instincts with the ability to build relationships, convert leads, and work toward revenue goals Comfortable using CRM platforms, gym management software, social media tools, and basic reporting systems Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and follow-through Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Experience hiring, training, managing, or developing team members preferred Passion for fitness, hospitality, and building strong communities Comfortable supporting local marketing, partnerships, content creation, and basic Canva/design needs Must be proactive, reliable, energetic, and excited to help build something from the ground up Schedule & Availability This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, events, and key studio launch periods as needed.
