Operations Analyst

Responsible for processing tax-harvesting requests received via web portal and email, and/or performing quality control checks to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities Process and/or QC tax-harvesting requests for accuracy and completeness Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry with strong accuracy standards Communicate effectively with internal partners to resolve discrepancies or missing information Use tools such as Microsoft Access, Excel, and Zendesk to complete daily work Participate in quality programs/initiatives to support a high level of customer service Support ongoing projects as assigned by managers or team members Complete required documentation for productivity measurement Follow all regulatory and internal procedures Required skills Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy Strong written and verbal communication Comfort working in multiple systems/tools (Access, Excel, ticketing tools such as Zendesk) Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
