SSI Petroleum is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Winter Haven, Florida location.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times.
• Communicate with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and other systems.
• Develop a strong understanding of company products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and manage email orders; scan and track daily deposits; update spreadsheets as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls and route them appropriately.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Assist Compliance and Dispatch Managers with various operational tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work thoroughly under time constraints.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Opportunity for growth into additional roles, including billing and other departments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred; strong communication skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with computerized order entry systems is a plus.
• Strong multitasking abilities with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
