Account Receivable Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Bernardino, CA, for an Account Receivable Specialist. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage various billing and invoicing processes, reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely collections. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing accounts, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with resolving client account inquiries. The role requires collaboration with internal departments to support financial operations and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in billing processes and invoicing, with a strong understanding of receipts and account reconciliation
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies
• Knowledge of basic finance principles and experience with account receivable management
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and reporting

Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, ERP/WMS Systems.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role.
• Experience in the produce, agriculture, or foodservice industry is a plus
