Work Environment\n

This position is remote, providing flexibility while focusing on school-based services. You will collaborate virtually with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and families, to develop effective interventions tailored to each child's needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and milestones.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Provide expert guidance and support for families, fostering a partnership that prioritizes the developmental needs of their children.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations in service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based strategies in treatment planning and support, adhering to Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Develop rapport with children and families to create a safe and conducive learning environment.

• Implement individualized interventions based on family priorities and concerns, continually adapting strategies to meet diverse learning styles.

• Facilitate coaching models and natural environment teaching approaches that empower families.

• Commit to maintaining health and safety standards for all staff and individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is primarily on young children, particularly those aged 0-3 years, who are facing developmental delays or disabilities. You will work with families from diverse backgrounds, guiding them through the early intervention process and equipping them with the necessary tools to support their child's growth and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must hold a current license from the Department of Public Health, with LCSW credentials being essential.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license to facilitate potential travel for home visits or community meetings.
