Program Manager-Derivatives and Collateral

Our client, a leading independent investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Derivatives and Collateral for a 3+ month contract in Atlanta, GA. This role is hybrid, onsite 4 days per week. Role Overview Seeking a highly experienced, hands‑on Program Manager with deep subject‑matter expertise in derivatives and collateral operations to support a critical multi‑track transformation initiative. This is not a purely administrative PM role – the ideal candidate will balance execution leadership, derivatives/collateral domain knowledge, and the ability to drive outcomes independently. The resource will lead governance, coordinate execution across workstreams, and provide SME guidance to ensure successful implementation and operational readiness across Track A and Track B. Key Responsibilities Lead weekly governance cadence and coordinate workstream execution across Tracks A & B Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across collateral and derivatives initiatives Support collateral onboarding activities, including agreements, static data, and SST coordination Provide SME input on derivatives workflows, operating model design, and issue resolution Support Acadiasoft implementation activities (templates, configuration, data readiness) Facilitate cross‑functional stakeholder alignment and communication Provide leadership coverage and escalation support as needed Drive operational readiness milestones and support dual‑track delivery execution Required Qualifications Experience 10–15+ years of financial services experience 5–7+ years in derivatives and collateral operations Prior experience in transaction management / trade support Proven track record delivering implementation or transformation programs Technical & Domain Expertise Collateral lifecycle management OTC derivatives operations and workflows Lifecycle event management and trade support Strong familiarity with the following systems: Acadiasoft Aladdin
