Key Details

• Location: Atlanta, GA 30309
• Duration: 3-month contract
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, regular business hours, EST
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4 days onsite
• Compensation: $80.00/hr – $90.00/hr
• Employment Type: W2 (not open to C2C, 1099, or visa sponsorship)

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Program Manager with deep derivatives and collateral operations expertise to support a critical multi-track transformation initiative. This role will lead governance, coordinate execution across multiple workstreams, provide subject matter expertise, and help drive successful implementation and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly governance cadence and coordinate workstream execution across multiple project tracks
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across derivatives and collateral initiatives
• Support collateral onboarding activities, including agreements, static data, and coordination with onboarding partners
• Provide subject matter expertise on derivatives workflows, operating model design, and issue resolution
• Support system implementation activities, including templates, configuration, and data readiness
• Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder alignment and communication
• Provide leadership coverage and escalation support as needed
• Drive operational readiness milestones and support dual-track delivery execution

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of financial services experience
• 5–7+ years of experience in derivatives and collateral operations
• Prior experience in transaction management or trade support
• Proven experience delivering implementation or transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of collateral lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of OTC derivatives operations and workflows
• Experience with lifecycle event management and trade support
• Familiarity with systems such as Acadiasoft, Aladdin, CRIMMS, DECO, FCM platforms, and ALPHA
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments
• Structured problem-solving and execution mindset
• Ability to influence decision-making without direct authority
• Hands-on delivery approach with the ability to drive outcomes independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with custodians and onboarding teams
• Background in asset management or capital markets environments
• Change management experience
• Operating model design experience
