Senior Administrative Assistant

Marc Rutenberg Homes and its affiliated businesses are seeking an advanced Senior Administrative Assistant in support of the Company President and senior management. The position requires executive level support with subject expertise in real estate contracting, financial and business records, and contract administration. The position requires record management of both business and personal matters. Traditional administrative correspondence, office staff support, records filing, and reception duties take a large part of administrative duties. Knowledge and expertise in accounting, spreadsheet analysis, financial record management, contract administration, software and hardware system knowledge, and social media assignments allow for advanced recognition and responsibility. This is a salaried full time position with in office hours required 8-5 daily. Compensation will be commensurate with expertise, and range from $40,000-$45,000 in a starting position role.
