Becton Dickinson is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Durham, NC, to provide clinical training and support for CareFusion products. The role involves working closely with customers to ensure understanding of equipment and troubleshooting. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of call center experience. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
