Financial Services Coordinator

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Financial Services Coordinator to support Trust Officers in the administration of trust accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, providing excellent client service, and managing multiple priorities in a professional financial environment.

As a Trust Associate, you will play a key role in supporting trust account operations, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a trusted point of contact for clients and professionals involved in account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Trust Officers with the administration of assigned trust accounts
• Open and close trust accounts within the trust accounting system
• Process payments, distributions, real estate taxes, and estimated tax payments
• Review account activity and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate account files, records, and documentation
• Manage follow-up activities and maintain tracking systems for assigned accounts
• Serve as a liaison between Trust Officers and internal operations teams
• Communicate professionally with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, CPAs, portfolio managers, and other trust professionals
• Assist with customer service inquiries and account-related requests
• Provide backup support for front desk operations as needed
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, banking, financial services, trust, accounting, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Position Type: Temp to Hire
