Compensation: Hourly Rate - $330/hr, Overtime - $430/hr, Holiday- $500/hr, 24-Hour Call - $2590 per 24 hours, Night Call - $665/shift, Call Back- $410/hr.

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

8-Hour Day Shifts

24-Hour Call Coverage

7 Days of Call Per Month

Weekend Call Rotation: Approximately 1:2

Typical Call Week: 3 Clinic Days, 1 OR Day, 7 Days of 24-Hour Call, and an Admin Day

Typical Non-Call Week: Approximately 4 Clinic Days and 1 OR Day

Long-Term and Full-Time Availability Preferred

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide inpatient and outpatient Urology care

Evaluate and treat general Urologic conditions

Provide clinic and operating room coverage

Perform standard Urology procedures

Provide surgical care and assistance

Manage kidney stones

Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction

Manage male incontinence

Perform yearly follow-up and refill management

Provide emergency Urologic care while on call

Board Certified in Urology – Required

Washington License – Required

IMLC Candidates May Be Considered with Letter of Qualification in Hand

BLS – Required

ACLS – Required

Minimum 2 Years of Experience – Required

Recent Epic Experience – Required

Must Be Comfortable Working Independently

Must Maintain Required Call Response Time and Proximity

Clinical Activity / Case Logs

Must Provide Documentation of Recent Surgical Activity

Minimum 100 Procedures During the Previous 24 Months

Case List Must Represent the Scope and Complexity of Requested Privileges
