Senior Estimator

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating project costs on-site. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers and other project team members to develop accurate and timely cost estimates. Your work will play a key role in supporting effective project planning and delivery, ensuring cost information is clear, reliable, and aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate on-site cost estimates for construction projects Work closely with project managers and internal team members to support estimating activities Ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy Apply strong analytical and mathematical skills to evaluate project costs Utilize estimating software effectively to develop and manage estimates Maintain attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy in all cost-related outputs Required Skills and Experience Proven experience as an estimator within the construction industry Strong analytical and mathematical abilities Proficiency in estimating software Solid knowledge of construction materials and construction methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
