Business Development Manager (Energy Storage / Battery)

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Electrical, Energy, or related technical disciplines Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in energy storage, battery, power electronics, or renewable energy industries Proven track record in new customer development and key account management Strong understanding of international markets and experience working with overseas clients is highly preferred Excellent spoken and written English, capable of professional business communication with global customers Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills High resilience under pressure with a strong results-driven mindset Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently Team-oriented attitude with strong alignment to corporate values and cross-functional collaboration Support overseas sales strategy execution and ensure alignment with regional sales targets and business objectives Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including customer engagement, quotation preparation, contract negotiation, order execution, delivery coordination, and payment collection Identify and develop new business opportunities, convert leads into long-term strategic customers, and build sustainable client relationships Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, risks, and entry strategies in assigned regions Develop tailored customer solutions and cooperation models based on market conditions and customer needs Work closely with internal teams (technical, project, supply chain, and finance) to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business negotiations when required
