Account Manager

Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly organized relationship manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial clients across the Austin area. What you will do Manage a territory of commercial accounts, ensuring excellent service while identifying opportunities to grow the relationship. Conduct regular facility inspections and service reviews. Coordinate service delivery with subcontractor crews. Quickly resolve service issues and customer concerns. Identify and sell additional services such as floor care, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing. Maintain client visit notes and account activity in the CRM. Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction. The Type of Person Who Thrives Here The best Facility Solutions Managers typically come from route-based service industries and are comfortable owning a territory. Qualifications and Experience 2+ years outside B2B account management experience, building maintenance or facility management preferred but not required. 2+ years track record of success in a client retention role, with goals and metrics to support. Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments. Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships. Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database. Ability to travel on a daily basis to client locations locally. Industry experience includes uniform services, pest control, facility services or janitorial, equipment or supply service routes, and commercial service account management.
