From variance analysis and financial diligence for acquisitions to property tax compliance and audit support, this is a high-visibility role with ample opportunity to grow your career alongside a mission-driven team.As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in benefits programs, including:Paid Time Off ("PTO")Medical/VisionDental401(k)Employee Assistance PlanComprehensive Medical, Vision & Dental insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchThe chance to contribute to a mission that truly matters—and grow as we grow!ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities for our Staff Accountants include but are not limited to:Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entry preparation, posting, and documentationReconcile bank and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basisAssist with P&L and staffing variance analysis during month-end closeSupport budgeting efforts and financial audits/tax preparationContribute to acquisition-related financial diligence and integration tasksPrepare special reports and complete ad-hoc projects as neededAssist in preparing and filing property tax returnsQualificationsQualifications for our Staff Accountants include but are not limited to:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)Strong working knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; other MS Office tools a plusStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentPrior experience with multi-location accounting is preferredExperience with Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus
