Pediatric Home Health Case Manager (RN)

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma seeks an RN Care Manager to join a clinic-based team. You will utilize nursing expertise with a multidisciplinary approach to coordinate care for pediatric patients in the Mary Bridge network. The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, Washington state RN license, and BLS. An Advanced Nursing degree is preferred.
