Through our 5-step process, our consultants help financial advisors select the financial services firm that best aligns with their needs to ensure an optimal fit for their clients, business and families.

Using our efficient CRM-linked dialing technology and integrated lead database, individuals in this role are responsible for contacting financial advisor candidates with the goal of setting an appointment for one of our senior consultants to have an initial conversation with the candidate, so they can discuss potential options that best meet the financial advisor candidate’s needs. Commissions are paid on new placements. This is a full-time position working from our office in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Candidates must be:

• Self-starters
• Energetic
• Driven to succeed
• Experienced in telemarketing and have sales experience
• Comfortable introducing themselves over the phone to new people and are capable of building relationships
• Looking to expand their knowledge and want to advance their career within a rapidly growing organization
• Comfortable spending extended periods of time on the phone cold-calling. All leads are provided by Elite.

$45,000 annual salary, plus commissions and potential bonuses. Potential compensation ranges from $45,000 to $100,000.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, work experience and relevant licenses/credentials.
