Program Manager

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral health agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services across Arizona. The Program Manager oversees clinical and business operations of assigned sites or programs, leading staff who support members in securing and maintaining housing and income stability. Job Summary The role involves guiding staff in delivering quality support services and housing resources to clients, building a cohesive team, and coordinating with internal teams and community stakeholders. The Program Manager tracks client paperwork and referrals, prepares reports and deliverables for leadership, and ensures that services are aligned with program processes and target populations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor staff working with members to obtain and maintain community housing. Ensure delivery of high‑quality support services and housing resources to all clients. Coordinate with internal teams and community stakeholders to provide integrated care. Track and report client paperwork and referrals, and submit required reports to leadership. Maintain program compliance with CBI policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in behavioral health preferred. 1–3 years of experience in a behavioral health field. Experience with specialty populations (e.g., SUD, SMI, children, adolescents) preferred. Minimum six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental‑health disorders preferred. Bilingual candidates preferred. Behavioral Health Technician certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies preferred.
