Customer Service Specialist

To support efficient case management, the full-time remote Disability Customer Service Representative will handle the intake of new cases, monitor and track case progress, and assign cases to physicians while ensuring effective communication with clients throughout the process. Key responsibilities Intake and verify new cases, ensuring accurate information is entered into the system Monitor and process cases to meet deadlines and track progress Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on specific guidelines and client requirements Required qualifications Preferred Associate's Degree Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting Computer literacy and typing skills are essential Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines Good communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
