ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - B2B SALES
Location: Tempe, AZWork Arrangement: Onsite
Base Salary: $55,000
First-Year OTE: $80,000-$95,000+ POSITION SUMMARY Our client is seeking a driven Account Executive to generate new business within the SMB market. This role will focus on prospecting, building relationships with executive decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle, and recommending technology, automation, and logistics solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop new business opportunities within the SMB market.
• Prospect and build relationships with business owners and executive decision-makers.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Recommend solutions based on client business needs.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue goals. QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree required.
• B2B sales or new business development experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with executive-level decision-makers.
• Coachable with a desire to develop a long-term career in sales. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $55,000 base salary.
• $80,000-$95,000+ first-year OTE.
• Uncapped monthly residual commissions.
• Performance-based salary increases.
