Marketing CoordinatorGold Family Wealth is currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity as a Marketing Coordinator in a growing and highly successful wealth office.The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, client engagement activities, events, sponsorships, and related operational processes. This full-time direct hire role helps ensure marketing efforts are organized, timely, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.Key responsibilities include supporting the Chief of Staff, and Marketing, Events & Social Media Manager; managing vendor relationships; tracking project timelines; assisting with compliance-related workflows; and helping execute client events, sponsorship activities, and marketing campaigns.This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client-centric environment.You will work closely with leadership, gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, and contribute meaningfully to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and partners.Preferred Qualifications:Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative independently.Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to receive feedback constructively, adapt quickly, and execute tasks efficiently.Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and sound judgment.Positive, collaborative, and service-oriented demeanor.Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and other standard business applications.Prior experience supporting marketing initiatives, events, administrative operations, or client service functions preferred.Why Join UsWe value professionalism, collaboration, and a strong commitment to excellence, while fostering a supportive and team-oriented environment where individuals can grow and succeed.
