About Ancenta Cleaning Services Ancenta Cleaning Services is a family-owned and operated cleaning company based in St. Louis, Missouri, with an additional branch in Tampa, Florida. We offer both residential and commercial cleaning services, and we pride ourselves in being an extension of our clients team by delivering safe and exemplary services. At Ancenta Cleaning Services, we provide reliable, high-quality commercial cleaning services throughout the St. Louis metro area. Our mission is to deliver professional service, strong communication, and consistent results to every client. Position Overview The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new commercial cleaning opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, conducting walkthroughs, and helping grow Ancenta’s client base throughout the St. Louis area. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and self-driven individual who communicates well, follows up consistently, and represents the company with confidence and integrity. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new commercial cleaning opportunities Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and local research Schedule and perform facility walkthroughs with potential clients Build relationships with property managers, office managers, business owners, schools, and facility directors Gather building information needed for accurate proposals and pricing Work closely with leadership to develop proposals and service solutions Maintain organized sales activity and follow-up within our CRM system (Markate) Follow up consistently with leads, proposals, and referral partners Represent Ancenta professionally at networking events and business meetings Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients to operations Qualifications Required 2+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong follow-through Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable CRM systems, Google Workspace, and mobile technology Compensation & Growth Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Growth potential as the company expands Opportunity to help shape the future sales direction of the company #J-18808-Ljbffr Ancenta Cleaning Services
