You will leverage your expertise in CPG analytics, promotion management, and key industry databases to inform, optimize, and evolve our clients’ campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Pull, consolidate, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate actionable marketing recommendations for assigned clients. Analyze promotional effectiveness and key trends, sharing high-level insights and learnings to shape future campaign strategies. Utilize systems such as Nielsen, iRI, Circana, and related partner databases to establish KPI baselines and set goals by brand or tactic. Present comprehensive bi-annual and annual reports on coupon and promotion performance, including market and shopper trends, competitor activity, and business unit analyses. Continuously monitor industry news and market dynamics, proactively sharing ongoing insights and recommendations with clients and team members. Oversee and validate campaign performance analyses, ensuring recommendations for real-time and future optimizations are robust and actionable. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (marketing or management preferred). 1-3 years of hands‑on promotion management experience. Proficiency with Nielsen, Circana, and IRI data platforms, ideally within the CPG industry. Strong analytical prowess with a proven ability to transform data into insights and client‑ready recommendations. Demonstrated experience presenting findings and proposals to clients in a clear, compelling manner. Advanced Excel skills, including formula creation, formatting, pivot tables, chart/graph development, and automation capabilities. Fluency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Direct coupon or consumer promotion management experience. Background working with or for CPG clients, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
