The Engagement Manager leads client transition initiatives related to client next-generation data assets. This role serves as a consultant responsible for driving transition execution, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting change management, and helping ensure successful adoption of client data assets and services
- Qualification sBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of relevant delivery management, client consulting, pharmaceutical commercial operations, project management, change management, account management, or related experience
- Problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex client needs, processes, and data concepts
- Experience interacting with complex Large Pharma, Midsize Pharma, or Emerging Biopharma accounts across multiple stakeholders
