The Commercial Director, Healthful Solutions will be responsible for driving the commercial execution of the Texture & Healthful Solutions US/CAN strategy. This role will be responsible for maximizing profitability and driving sales revenue generation by cultivating deep and strategic customer relationships while leading a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve their goals. This position will be accountable for building a robust and differentiated project pipeline across the US/Canada region, which will require close partnership with the other regional Sales channels including Distributors, Virtual, Key Accounts. The mission of this role will be to drive sales revenues for selected accounts, with a focus on selling Fiber and Protein Fortification and Sugar Reduction solutions, while also being able to access other T&HS ingredients. This role will also require close collaboration with other global stakeholders and global leadership teams for the Healthful Solutions portfolio. What you will do: Lead the geography team to meet/exceed company targets for sales volumes, revenue and profitability, including growth targets for new and existing specialty products. Develop and execute the annual sales plan for the region team in support of the overall US/Canada Healthful sales strategy. Lead a team of sales professionals for the region, which includes: Developing and attracting talent, creating a pipeline of future commercial leaders, embedding Ingredion’s company culture, values and compliance principles within day-to-day activities Lead sales execution to achieve higher levels of market penetration for Healthful Solutions products across various sales channels in US/CAN. Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline for the region and drive towards achieving high opportunity sales conversion rates Ensure the team fully and consistently utilizes Salesforce.com for the project pipeline/opportunity development, account planning, opportunity development, customer experience and transparency/visibility. Drive the T&HS Sales Excellence program Nurture long term relationships with key strategic customers Break Barriers to Execution by collaborating cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders within the go-to-market teams and other teams including: Supply chain, Product line management, Innovation, Quality, Sustainability What you will bring: Bachelor’s‑prepared commercial leader with a degree in Business, Food Science, or a related field, and 15+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the food ingredients sector. Recognized by major food and beverage customers for consistently delivering strong, year‑over‑year growth. Proven people leader with strong managerial capabilities and a demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and empower high‑performing sales teams; 5+ years of direct sales leadership experience required. Respected industry partner with established credibility and trusted relationships across key customer accounts. Strategic, growth‑oriented operator who excels in driving commercial performance, shaping customer strategy, and influencing cross‑functional outcomes. Travel‑ready leader willing to travel 25%–40% to support customers, teams, and business priorities. Relocation Available: Yes, Within Country Pay Range: $181,400.00-$241,866.67 Annual This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any). Incentive Compensation: As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
