Our agency is a woman-owned business with a fully female team of 13 talented and driven professionals. I’ve been an agent for 10 years, after spending 7 years as a State Farm team member, and I’ve built this office on a foundation of empowerment, excellence, and genuine care for our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Casey Granger - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
