Production Packer

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Swift Tack Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor Swift Tack equipment to assemble, secure, and prepare materials according to production specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate Swift Tack machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Load, position, and secure materials for production.
Perform assembly and fastening tasks according to work instructions.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify defects, equipment issues, or production concerns and report them to a supervisor.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Meet daily production and quality goals.
Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as needed.
Assist with other production and warehouse duties when required.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operating experience preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move materials as required for the position.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
