Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, creative, and trend-aware Marketing Artist to join our global growth and creative vertical under a permanent, full-time remote or hybrid layout based in Turkey. In this high-leverage production seat, you will be the absolute owner of translating campaign strategies into audience-first visual assets that cut through digital noise. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data entry, basic administrative spreadsheet updates, or static layout styling edits, you will run an active short-form mobile video rendering, computational asset generation, and digital advertising laboratory. Partnering directly with embedded performance marketing squads and AI product builders, you will craft captivating video creatives that drive millions of global downloads. This position requires a multimedia design authority who maps customer acquisition videos fluidly natively using Video Editor and motion graphics primitives, commands expert-level proficiency across professional post-production software suites, and actively harnesses next-generation AI creative tools to accelerate visual content iteration speeds.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Video Asset Governance: Conceptualize, script, and craft visually captivating video creatives that turn marketing concepts into highly converting visual experiences natively utilizing Video Editor best practices.
• AI-Powered Creative Content Generation: Deploy, experiment with, and master next-generation generative AI video and imagery toolchains (including Midjourney, Kling, and Seedance 2.0) to discover novel visual styles and accelerate content delivery scales.
• Trend Research & Competitive Benchmarking: Meticulously analyze audience behaviors, scroll-stopping metrics, and macro competitor creative strategies to build data-supported visual plans.
• Cross-Functional Marketing Synchronization: Collaborate face-to-face alongside global growth managers and app product cells to bring localized digital advertising campaigns to life.
• Culture-Aware Conceptual Prototyping: Participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions, injecting bold, culture-aware ideas and rapid format tests to capture emerging viral trends across mobile ecosystems.
• End-to-End Visual Project Management: Take absolute ownership over the creative asset pipeline from raw conceptual brief to structural editing, sound synchronization, and final high-fidelity export validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional history operating as a Video Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, Digital Marketing Artist, Creative Content Creator, or closely matching high-volume multimedia agency capacity.
• Expert Post-Production Software Command: Advanced, production-grade technical literacy utilizing professional video suite platforms, explicitly including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro .
• A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste, high-end technical design skills, a deep eye for detail, and a proven capability to craft high-impact, short-form digital assets.
• Frontline AI Tooling Literacy: Hands-on familiarity or proactive drive leveraging modern generative AI content engines to generate or enhance video and graphic layers.
• Exceptional proactive, self-directed drive with an analytical and sharp mind, showing absolute comfort executing with high speed under fluid, fast-paced startup timelines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication strengths in English, with an established history presenting creative workflows cleanly.
