What You'll Do: Join our team as a strategic leader overseeing key lines of business that support statewide financial operations, including Financial Services, CRM/QA Customer Support, and Contact Center operations. This role guides multiple program areas, ensuring consistent enterprise standards and strong operational performance. We are seeking a collaborative, forward thinking manager with deep expertise in financial management, enterprise systems, and staff development. Key Responsibilities Plan, direct, and manage assigned lines of business. Review proposals from agency managers and program leaders and provide recommendations. Coordinate with leadership to set strategic direction for State Accounting and Support Services and authorize enterprise-wide processing standards and practices. Establish, implement, and monitor goals, objectives, and performance metrics. Supervise and develop financial managers and OAKS module business leads, set enterprise module direction, and recommend policy, legislative, or system changes. Manage fiduciary operations, negotiate with external entities, coordinate year end close, and oversee key financial reporting and correspondence. Qualifications 66 months experience or 66 months training financial administration; 12 months experience or 12 months training in supervisory principles & techniques. Or completion of undergraduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 42 months experience or 42 months training in financial administration; 12 months experience or 12 months training in supervisory principles & techniques. Or completion of graduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 30 months experience or 30 months training in financial administration; 12 months experience or 12 months training in supervisory principles & techniques. Or 12 months experience as Financial Manager, 66586. Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
