Global Product Manager

Azenta

Global Product Manager role at Azenta Life Sciences overseeing Sample and Repository Services business strategy, revenue growth, and cross-functional execution. Reports to senior leadership and drives go-to-market initiatives for automated biosample management solutions serving pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities

Develop market understanding and competitive analysis for sample storage and management services
Drive voice-of-customer capture and support service line requirements development
Develop and execute long-term strategic plan for Sample and Repository Services business
Monitor revenue progression and performance, implementing actions to achieve financial objectives
Lead cross-functional interactions between R&D, operations, and customers to manage P&L successfully

Requirements

5+ years life sciences industry experience; minimum 2 years product management
Experience working with large pharma and biotech companies
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management capability
Analytical and forecasting skills with SIOP experience
Lean/process improvement experience with proven track record
Prior experience in publicly traded, global company
Ability to lead teams without direct line authority and communicate across organizational levels

Compensation: $130,000-$162,000 base
