PM Team Leader (Front of House or Back of House)

Position Overview PM Shift Leader Position $13-$17/hr based upon availability/performance. After a 30‑day training/evaluation period. We are looking for individuals interested in a Shift Leader Role with the availability to close the Restaurant shift start times of 3pm, 4pm, and 5pm. Responsibilities As a PM Shift Leader you will support the Kitchen and Front of House team by upholding the Brand Name of Chick-fil-A. You will also be responsible for leading daily afternoon & dinner shifts, which includes but is not limited to: team member placement, cash accountability, guest experience, and upholding all aspects of the Winning Heart Strategy.
