Responsabilidades
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias del restaurante
- Formar y desarrollar a nuevos miembros del equipo
- Mantener el personal
- Cumple todas las normas de seguridad
- Inventarios y calendarios semanales
- Mantiene un ambiente de trabajo limpio y divertido
- Resuelve los problemas de los huéspedes de forma oportuna
- Se comunica regularmente con otros gerentes y con el director general
Cualificaciones
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo
- Más de 2 años de experiencia similar
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de ritmo acelerado
