For more information, please visit Grain Operations Crewleader The Grain Operations Crewleader position is responsible for leading and performing operations tasks involving the receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping of grain. Key Responsibilities Perform all grain operations tasks required at the facility that contribute to customer service, grain movement/storage and general facility upkeep. Assist with the coordination of all grain movement task at the facility. Identify, monitor, and report safety and quality issues. Assist with identifying root cause and corrective action through the understanding of facility logistics, grain conditioning, and grain quality. Assist with safety committee meetings and morning safety talks. Train and onboard new operations workers. Complete electronic data entry, reporting, documentation and correspondence to support operations. Perform Supervisor responsibilities in the absence of the Supervisor.
